Vivian H. Mbise

Vivian Humphrey Mbise serves as the Resource Mobilization Executive at Masafa. She is a driven individual with a focus on achieving results, leading the organization’s efforts in resource mobilization and fundraising. In her role, she oversees various fundraising activities such as program development, team management, donor relations, grant analysis, research for new opportunities, and performance reporting. Vivian also plays a key role in establishing strong relationships with potential donors and clients from different sectors, as well as communicating with both internal teams and the donor community. Her responsibilities include donor mapping and follow-up to meet the annual resource mobilization targets of Masafa. With her extensive background, she brings a wealth of experience in securing funding from bilateral donors, as well as in individual and corporate fundraising, to enhance Masafa’s resource base. Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in development studies from the University of Dar es Salaam.
