Joyce Willy Mwakilambo is currently serving as the Programmes Manager at Masafa. With a solid background in civil society work in Tanzania, Joyce has accumulated 5 years of experience. Her expertise lies in advocating for Child rights across various regions of Tanzania, particularly in agro-pastoral communities. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in both programme development and management, focusing on a wide range of thematic areas such as Gender Based Violence, Children and Youth, Maternal and Childcare, Early Childhood Education, Childcare and safeguarding, as well as general health promotion for children. As a dedicated programme professional, Joyce has honed her abilities in project management and development, overseeing the M&E portfolio of project commitments. Additionally, she actively engages in facilitating training and capacity building sessions for government and civil society stakeholders involved in the projects. Joyce holds bachelor’s degree in Rural Development from the Sokoine University of Agriculture.
