A brief about our Structure
Masafa Early Childhood Foundation maintains clear
separation of powers and mandates between its different
governance structures. The governance structures of the
Masafa Early Childhood Foundation consist of three
layers: the Members, the Board of Directors and the
Secretariat as described and required by NGO Act 2002 as amended from time to time.
Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the supreme organ of Masafa Early Childhood Foundation charged with upholding the mission and vision, endorse Constitution, appoint Board of
Directors, appoint auditors and decide on
general lines of the policy.
The Board
The Board of Directors is a key Governance structure within Masafa Early
Childhood Foundation as it ensures proper oversight to the Management operations.
The Management
The Management is headed by the Executive Director who is supported by other program specialists and other staff engaged on full time or part time basis.
