As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional Notkelis has been in forefront in leading our finance and compliance issues. Notkelis holds a Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Finance management (IFM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Transport Finance from the National Institute of Transport.
